still around 110...

the scale is being weird, ahaha. 110, 109, 109.5, 108.5, 109, 110.5... rrgh! maybe it's cause i just ate a bowl of cheerios.

my intake today was about 400. i'm pretty good with that. :D i've come to realize how much you can eat and still be under 600 calories. it's kinda amazing. i had two bowls of cheerios, a glass of 1% milk, a chewy granola bar and a caribou coffee bar. 40 minutes of exercise brought all this down to 400 calories, and i physically feel fine. it blows my mind that i used to eat a big bowl of cheerios for breakfast, a sandwhich with cookies and a juice box for lunch, a big afternoon snack and then a meat, pasta and veggies dinner, along with dessert. yet i could have gotten along extremely well with how i'm eating now. i'm glad i decided to change. (:

110!

aha my goal weight! i've been losing a lot of weight lately, it's been making me really happy. :D which we need more of on xanga. i know that people with anorexia usually aren't exactly little rays of joy, but it seems like almost everyone in my subs has had a pretty bad day today. everybody - feel better soon!

as for my intake, yesterday it ended up being 590. i exercised, but had a glass of 1% milk and pita bread afterwards. at least i didn't eat the sugar-coated doughnuts on the counter. :P today it was 570. not too bad, but it could be better.

110.5

aha awesomeee! it's prolly 'cause i only ate 280 calories yesterday... then exercised until i was down to 135. :D i've only had 280 cals today, but i'm letting myself have some hot chocolate, which is 150 cals a package. which brings up my total to 430. i might work some of that off, though.

i'm baaa-aaack!

so it's octoberrr. i have a clean slate and i'm not planning on messing up. i'm 112 pounds at the moment, and on halloween i should be 110 pounds. i actually think i could go for less! i just gatta try.

all i ate today was a tiny bowl of cheerios with some milk, probably about 110 cals. i'm hoping to fast until breakfast tomorrow, and if i can get my butt outta bed before my mom is up, i can probably fast even longer. i'm just hoping my mom isn't gonna make dinner and then make me eat it, blargh.
