| the scale is being weird, ahaha. 110, 109, 109.5, 108.5, 109, 110.5... rrgh! maybe it's cause i just ate a bowl of cheerios.
my intake today was about 400. i'm pretty good with that. :D i've come to realize how much you can eat and still be under 600 calories. it's kinda amazing. i had two bowls of cheerios, a glass of 1% milk, a chewy granola bar and a caribou coffee bar. 40 minutes of exercise brought all this down to 400 calories, and i physically feel fine. it blows my mind that i used to eat a big bowl of cheerios for breakfast, a sandwhich with cookies and a juice box for lunch, a big afternoon snack and then a meat, pasta and veggies dinner, along with dessert. yet i could have gotten along extremely well with how i'm eating now. i'm glad i decided to change. (:
